The damsite of the proposed Chien-Ming reservoir is located east of Chutzukang village of Taichung County. Chelunpu Fault was activated during Chi-Chi Earthquake, the surface rupture line of the fault passed through Chutzukang village, nearest distance to dam axis is 600 meters only. The purpose of this task are investigation of underground geology structure and the influence of fault movement in damsite area by means of reflection seismic survey
