序言／導讀
「全民健保」是全體國民從出生開始都要參加的保險，它是一種全民互相幫助的制度，平時按照規定繳交保險費；萬一有人生病，政府就會利用收到的保險費，幫病人繳付部分醫藥費給醫療院所，這樣生病時就可以用比較少的錢，得到適當的醫療照護。
只要每個月都按時繳交全民健保的保險費，不但可以在生病的時候幫助自己、同時也得到別人幫助！
