書籍介紹

臺北市交通流量及特性調查乃為交通運輸管理、研究及道路系統規劃、設計之基
礎,用以觀查臺北市道路、都市發展及交通成長之互動關係趨勢,本年度調查乃持續
蒐集臺北市基本之交通狀況資料,以建立交通特性之長期性資料,作為研析改善交通
瓶頸及其他相關專案交通規劃分析之參考。具體而言,調查目的可歸納如下:
1. 依交通流量特性調查檢討瓶頸路口路段,研析相關交通管制改善措施。
2. 相關專案交通規劃分析之參考。
3. 瞭解整個市區交通變動之概況
4. 各主要建設計畫施工期間交通維持之參考
5. 研擬道路交通改善各道路措施之依據。
6. 道路交通管制措施擬定之參考。
7. 交通號誌規劃設計之參考。
近年,由於臺北市持續而密集進行各項重大建設計畫,對於道路交通影響甚大,
而且道路交通環境變化亦大;因此,適時而詳實掌握道路交通狀況,是進行本項調查
工作需予把握之要領;另外,臺北市道路交通變異性極大,因此調查將著重於「巨觀
」特性掌握,而無法拘泥於「微觀」交通變化之控制。
