書籍介紹

本署自80年代起陸續設置磁環式地層下陷分層監測井(以下簡稱地陷監測井),藉以了解不同深度土壤分層主要壓縮狀況。迄110年底已於彰化及雲林地區設置36口地陷監測井,並持續進行井體維護與量測工作。地陷監測井有其定點長期監測分層地層下陷之優勢,用地小、使用年限長及量測再現性佳等優點。監測井內不同深度安裝磁環(約25環),透過每月人力定常現地量測磁環位移,可同時掌握各分層下陷變化。配合不同深度之地下水位觀測資料,掌握不同深度土層之應力與應變關係,可作為地層下陷成因探討及防治措施研擬之參據,迄今除新建井外,已大致可得知各地陷監測井主要壓縮土層。
本署已於106年訂定「磁環分層式地層下陷監測井量測及分析作業須知」俾以規範量測成果品質,考量建置久,地陷監測井量測導管可能因地層壓縮進而彎曲及井內磁環磁力隨時間而衰退,除造成量測困難外,亦可能影響磁環位置之量測結果,進而影響分層土壤地層下陷之判釋。爰此,本計畫將評析量測導管彎曲度及磁環衰退對下陷量測及精度之可能影響,提出量測結果適用性之建議,藉由掌握現地監測井井況及磁環特性,研擬可行之改善方案或量測方法,作為後續地陷監測井維護及汰舊換新參考,提升整體設備於現地分層及穩定之量測效能。
