書籍介紹
今(2025)年1月20日美國總統川普重返白宮，其外交與安全政策展現新的走向，對國際局勢產生深遠影響；特別是在美中戰略競爭不斷加劇、臺海情勢升溫以及印太安全格局快速演變之際，臺灣所處的國際環境更顯複雜嚴峻；鑒於此一背景，本次研討會正是因應當前情勢的重要學術探索。
為深入探討川普政府可能的外交走向，並分析臺美關係發展、美中互動新態勢及其對臺灣戰略地位影響，淡江大學外交與國際關係學系及兩岸關係研究中心、國家圖書館、中共研究雜誌社及展望與探索雜誌社決定共同舉辦「川普第二任期地緣政治變化與臺美中關係走向」學術研討會。
本研討會於今年9月26日在國家圖書館3樓國際會議廳舉行，與會人員包含政府官員、外國駐臺代表、智庫學者、媒體及社會人士約二百餘人，研討會現場氣熱烈，論文內容精闢；經洽得專題演講人、論文發表人、與談人及共同主辦單位同意，印行會後論文集。
論文集依研討會場次規劃為三大主題，分別為「印太局勢」、「當代中國」、「兩岸關係」，共蒐錄9篇國內專家論文及9篇與談稿。除前揭稿件之外，同時蒐錄大陸委員會副主任委員沈有忠先生專題演講「國際變局下的美中與兩岸關係」，及展望與探索雜誌社輯錄之「兩岸關係大事紀(2024年11月至2025年10月)」，期能充實論文集內容，以饗讀者。
