書籍介紹
自川普政府提出「美國優先」(America First)並於2018年發動美中貿易戰以來，美國的對外經濟與外交策略經歷顯著變化。拜登政府於2021年上任後，延續美中競爭的高強度態勢，並以「新華盛頓共識」的觀點強調政府介入與產業政策的重要性，試圖在全球價值鏈與產業競爭中重新定位美國角色。自2025年1月以來，川普2.0政府的關稅政策與貿易壁壘再度升高，造成全球政治與經濟秩序的顯著動盪。本會議聚焦於發展中國家在此變局中的回應與因應策略，包括政策調整、供應鏈多元化、區域合作與改革倡議等層面的分析與討論，旨在為國際學界與政策制定者提供可操作的觀察、比較研究與實務建議，促進跨國經驗分享與學習。
