一、公務人員保障暨培訓委員會成立於85年6月1日，所屬國家文官培訓所成立於88年7月26日。嗣國家文官培訓所於99年3月26日改制為國家文官學院，同日並成立國家文官學院中區培訓中心。
二、本年報資料採曆年制。
三、本年報資料期間自105年1月1日起至114年12月31日止。
四、本年報資料來源：
1.公務人員保障：本會執行公務之統計，其中保障事件提起行政訴訟數據，係依據行政法院函調案卷或函送裁判書之收文日為準。
2.公務人員訓練進修：依據行政院人事行政總處「公務人員終身學習入口網站」資料庫之在職人員總數進行統計。惟基礎訓練（含考試錄取人員基礎訓練、實務訓練及性質特殊訓練）、發展性訓練及行政中立訓練，為本會及所屬國家文官學院依職掌辦理之法定訓練，相關訓練統計以本會辦理成果為準。
3.綜合業務：本會及所屬國家文官學院執行公務之統計。
