Recognizing the importance of national e-competitiveness, many governments including Taiwan have allocated considerable budgets for nation-wide, cross-section, e-competitiveness research and evaluation. This annual report, including the year’s planning and research, is the result of the “e-Competitiveness Measurement Framework” research project commissioned by the National Information & Communications Initiative Committee (NICI) of Executive Yuan. Findings were compiled into a manual by Institute for Information Industry, provided as a reference to government agencies.
