書籍介紹
探討美國總統拜登就任後東亞情勢之變化
論文集依研討會場次規劃為三大主題，分別為「兩岸海洋經略」、「美『中』印太競逐」、「『中國夢』及影響」，共蒐錄9篇國內專家論文，並邀請相關領域學者進行與談之與談稿。除前揭稿件外，同時蒐錄原定各場次主持人主持稿及原定由臺灣港務公司董事長李賢義發表「智慧港灣前瞻新思維」專題演說之講稿，以及「兩岸關係大事記
(2021年11月至2021年10月)」，期能充實論文集內涵，以饗讀者。
