書籍介紹
臺灣是個多元的移民社會，因為新住民的加入，使
得寶島文化變得更加豐富繽紛，本署誠摯歡迎大家成為
臺灣的一份子。新住民初來乍到，人生地不熟，不知如
何即時獲取相關資訊，為了協助新住民在臺好生活，本
署與各部會、地方政府及民間團體共同修編新住民在臺
生活相關資訊簡冊，並編印成中、英、印尼、越、泰、
柬、緬、日、韓等9 種語版，內容含括戶籍篇、家庭篇、
衛生篇、福利篇及工作篇等單元，希望簡冊可以成為新
住民朋友在臺生活的好幫手。
本次修編主要係因應法令變更並請相關機關協助重
新盤點新住民常見問題，新增防疫措施、設籍前新住民
健康權益保障、遭逢特殊境遇扶助計畫、投資創業規
範、新住民子女跨國銜轉資源、學歷採認、合法金融匯
外籍配偶在臺生活相關資訊簡冊中文版1
兌及愛護臺灣山林等議題，並於文中增加圖卡及相關網
站QR Code 連結。此外，也摘錄重要資訊，印製折頁
及製作電子書，方便攜帶及閱讀。
新住民移居臺灣，生活上可能會面臨各種挑戰，本
署期望藉由跨部門合作，實現新住民「移居臺灣零距
離」，使資訊取得無落差，更周全保障新住民家庭之權
益，建構更多元、平等、友善的移民環境。
