書籍介紹
本計畫（113年至117年）係屬政策指導性之上位計畫，本版災害防救基本計畫，研析國內外災害環境趨勢變化、全球大規模災害的災例、我國近5年面臨災例與未來重要災害挑戰，並參考災害防救白皮書、國家發展計畫等前瞻政策文件，勾勒「躍升災防力、調適智慧化」之願景，以「災害調適」、「數位轉型」及「強韌復原」為優先發展課題，以創造更安全合宜的生活環境，提出國家未來5年災害防救施政之三大基本方針及19項策略，據以揭櫫施政推動重點，並藉此綱要性指導計畫，策進國家整體災害防救工作效能，並作為各級政府災害防救業務計畫及地區災害防救計畫撰擬與編修之依據。
